However, in the event of a cancellation, your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability. Only four transfers are permitted. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before the original event date. Failure to reschedule within the allowed timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
