*[Deposit Policy] A deposit is required to secure your event date. All deposits are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation, your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability. Only four transfers are permitted. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before the original event date. Failure to reschedule within the allowed timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
**[Payment Policy] Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of any deposit paid. Services will not be rendered without full payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
