At Crater Events LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional audio-visual services for your events. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services booked with us. By booking our services, you agree to this Refund Policy, in conjunction with our comprehensive Terms and Conditions.
Refunds for services are generally considered only in cases of client-initiated cancellation of the event. This policy does not apply to dissatisfaction with service outcomes due to client non-compliance with recommendations (e.g., poor audio due to misuse of microphones, visual issues from poorly designed slides), as detailed in Section 7 ("Audio, Visual & Environmental Conditions") of our Terms and Conditions.
If your event is cancelled, payments made to Crater Events LLC may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

If your total service agreement was $10,000, and you paid in full, upon cancellation, the refund would be $10,000 minus transaction fees (e.g., 3%) and the $500 planning fee (since $500 is less than 5% of $10,000, which is $500).
We understand that event plans can change. If the same event is rescheduled (rather than cancelled outright), payments already made to Crater Events LLC will be transferred or reallocated to the new event date. This allows you to avoid the forfeiture of transaction fees and planning fees that would apply to a full cancellation.
As outlined in Section 9 ("Force Majeure & Limitations") of our Terms and Conditions, Crater Events LLC is not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, inclement weather, power failures, internet outages, government regulations, travel delays, health emergencies, acts of terrorism, or civil unrest. In such "Force Majeure" events, refunds will not be issued, though we will work with you to reallocate services or reschedule the event if feasible.
Once a refund request is approved, Crater Events LLC will process the refund within [Insert Number, e.g., 10-15] business days. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
