Do you offer payment plans or deposits?
Yes. We typically require a 50% deposit upfront. We also offer flexible options for nonprofits and small teams.

Will your team handle everything on-site?
100%. Our crew handles setup, execution, and teardown. You just focus on your guests.
What about backup plans if something fails?
We bring backups for power, audio, and streaming. If something goes wrong, we fix it before your audience even knows.
Can you work with the venue’s equipment?
Yes, but only if it meets our standards. If not, we bring the quality gear ourselves.
Who’s actually running things on the day of the event?
Our experienced techs: audio leads, camera ops, lighting pros, and project managers. You’ll know them by name.

What if some of my guests can’t attend in person?
We’ve got you. Our hybrid setups extend your event beyond the room with high-quality livestreaming and virtual audience tools.
Can you livestream my event to multiple platforms?
Yes—YouTube, Facebook, Zoom, or all at once. We also offer private links and embedded players.

Do you record the event?
Every single one. You’ll get professional playback ready for repurposing.
Can I get the event footage after the show?
Absolutely. We offer raw footage, edited video, highlights, and even short reels for marketing.
What if I want to reuse content from the event?
We provide edited clips, captions, transcripts—perfect for training, social, and replays.

Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Our setups include pro-grade speakers, mics, cameras, switchers, lights, and projection systems.
Can I rent equipment without booking your team?
At this time, we offer equipment with our team only. Quality control matters.
Can you train my team to run our own event tech?
Yes! We offer training and consulting for your volunteers or in-house staff.
