Sales Manager

Operations Manager
You see the big picture and the fine details. You'll schedule crews, support leaders, handle logistics, and make sure every job runs smoothly from first contact to final strike.
Audio Systems Lead
Lead the charge on all things sound. You'll manage live audio systems, troubleshoot under pressure, and train others to deliver clean, clear, and powerful mixes—every time.
Camera Systems Lead
Own the lens. You’ll oversee camera rigs, operator flow, image magnification (IMAG), and live-stream visuals. Quality and detail are your thing—and you love teaching others to see what you see.
Lighting Systems Lead
You bring the atmosphere. From setting the vibe with moving lights to programming cues that hit with precision, you run the look and feel of the room. Lead setups, train others, and make every stage shine with excellence.
Training & Development Lead
Passionate about helping people grow? You'll create training systems, help team members sharpen their skills, and support our leadership development pipeline. This is less about power and more about people.
Recording & Streaming Specialist
You capture the moment and deliver it to the world. From multi-cam recordings to seamless livestreams, you handle the gear, the timing, and the pressure like a pro. You know every shot counts—and every stream represents the brand.
